It enables Oasis Smart SIM to provide secure and end-to-end M2M solutions with the right level of personalization and security.
The SAS-UP certification is complementary to the SAS-SM certification and confirms the company’s alignment with GSMA standards for the deployment of its eSIM technology. Oasis acquired SAS-SM certification in 2019. Both schemes are in place mainly to ensure that the highly sensitive Profiles from the MNO’s are securely prepared and processed.
Oasis Smart SIM further establishes itself as a major player within the ecosystem, by gaining further accreditations for securely processing eSIM data, according to the GSMA’s Secure Accreditation Scheme for UICC Production (GSMA SAS-UP).

The SAS-UP accreditation of Oasis Smart SIM French data center is a significant move in driving widespread adoption of trusted eSIM devices by enabling consumer and IoT device manufacturers to implement eSIM in very small form factors.
