Tata Communications, a global digital ecosystem enabler, today announces completion of the acquisition of remaining 41.9% equity in Oasis Smart SIM Europe SAS (Oasis), a leading embedded-SIM (eSIM) technology provider, through its Singapore-based subsidiary Tata Communications International Pte Limited (TCIPL). With the close of this transaction, Tata Communications now completes acquisition of 100% equity shareholding in Oasis Smart SIM Europe.

On 10th July 2023, Tata Communications, through its wholly owned Singapore-based subsidiary TCIPL, had entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire the remaining 41.9% equity in Oasis.

The combined power of Tata Communications MOVE™ platform and Oasis eSIM (embedded SIM) and remote SIM provisioning capabilities will equip global enterprises with end-to-end, scalable and secure eSIM connectivity.
